- We do not sell your data.
2. What is collected
On this website. If you send us a message we receive the name, email address and text you typed. If you sign up for the newsletter we receive your email address. Our hosting and security infrastructure may also process standard request logs (IP address, browser, requested page, date and time) to keep the website online and secure.
In our games. The data processed depends on the game, platform, sign-in method, purchase features and SDKs enabled. Some games have no accounts. Other games may support Google sign-in, platform accounts, cloud progress, leaderboards, purchases or subscriptions.

Not collected directly by Tideloo inside games unless a specific game clearly asks for it: contacts, photos, microphone or camera input, precise GPS location, or full payment-card details.
Payment-card details are normally handled by Apple, Google, a game portal, distributor or payment provider. Tideloo may receive purchase status, receipt, token or entitlement information needed to unlock or restore purchased content.
3. Who collects it
Depending on the game, distribution platform, country, device and services enabled, the following third parties may be involved. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob — advertising — policy
- Google Sign-In, Google Play services and Google Play Billing — authentication, platform services and purchases — policy
- Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) — ad mediation — policy
- Google Firebase — analytics and crash reporting — policy
- Apple App Store, StoreKit and Apple payment services — distribution and purchases
- Game portals, publishers and distribution partners — distribution, WebGL hosting, platform SDKs, ads, analytics, account services and platform payments, including Playgama where used
- Cloudflare — website hosting — policy
These providers operate internationally, so data may be processed outside your country under the safeguards they have in place. For service providers and SDKs we choose and integrate, we require or select providers that provide the same or equal protection for user data as described in this Privacy Policy and required by applicable platform rules. Independently operated app stores, game portals, payment providers and distribution platforms may also process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Why
- Advertising — so the games can stay free. With consent the ads are personalised; without it they still appear, just untargeted.
- Analytics — to see which levels people enjoy and which ones they give up on.
- Crash reporting — to fix bugs.
- Fraud prevention — to detect bots and invalid ad clicks.
- Account services — to sign you in, save progress, restore access, support platform features and prevent account abuse.
- Purchases and subscriptions — to process purchases, restore purchases, grant entitlements, handle support requests and keep records required by law or platform rules.
- WebGL and portal distribution — to run games in a browser or game portal, maintain compatibility and support platform services.
- Website communication — to answer messages, process newsletter signups and operate the website securely.
5. Legal basis and collection methods
Where the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) applies, personal data may be processed based on one or more legal reasons, including explicit consent, necessity for a request or communication you initiated, compliance with legal obligations, establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and legitimate interests where this does not harm fundamental rights and freedoms.
Data is collected electronically through the website forms you submit, newsletter signup forms, server and security logs, app store or platform services, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, device operating-system controls and consent management tools.
- Contact messages — collected from website forms to respond to your request; legal reasons may include your request, legitimate interests and protection of rights.
- Newsletter email addresses — collected from signup forms to send updates; legal reasons may include consent and legitimate interests, depending on the law that applies.
- Account data — collected through Google sign-in, platform sign-in or game account systems to provide account-based features; legal reasons may include your request, contract necessity, consent where required and legitimate interests for security.
- Advertising identifiers and device data — collected through ad SDKs to serve ads, measure ads and prevent fraud; legal reasons may include consent where required and legitimate interests for non-personalised ads and fraud prevention.
- Analytics and crash data — collected through analytics or crash SDKs to understand performance and fix bugs; legal reasons may include legitimate interests and consent where required.
- Purchase and subscription data — collected through Apple, Google, a game portal, distributor or payment provider to complete purchases, restore entitlements, provide support and keep required records; legal reasons may include contract necessity, legal obligations, protection of rights and legitimate interests.
- WebGL and portal data — collected through browser, hosting and platform SDKs to run web versions of games, prevent abuse and support platform features; legal reasons may include your request, legitimate interests and consent where required.
- Server logs — collected automatically by hosting and security infrastructure to deliver and protect the website; legal reasons may include legitimate interests and legal obligations.
6. Retention
- Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage the request, normally up to 12 months, unless a longer period is needed for legal, security or dispute reasons.
- Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We may keep limited suppression records where needed to avoid sending further emails.
- Account data is kept while the account or account-based feature is active, and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for security, restoration, support, legal claims or platform obligations.
- Purchase and subscription records are kept as long as needed to provide purchased content, restore purchases, resolve support issues, prevent fraud and comply with tax, accounting, platform or legal requirements.
- Analytics and crash data is kept only as long as needed to understand usage trends, improve games and fix bugs, or for the periods set in the relevant provider settings and policies.
- Advertising and device data is mainly processed by advertising providers under their retention policies. Tideloo does not keep a separate user-level advertising profile.
- WebGL and portal data may be kept by the relevant game portal, hosting provider or platform SDK according to its own retention settings and policies.
- Server logs are kept for limited security and operations periods, normally up to 90 days, unless longer retention is needed to investigate abuse, security incidents or legal claims.
7. Your choices and rights
- In our games — open Settings → Privacy to review or change your consent. In Europe this is handled by Google’s consent screen.
- Android — Settings → Google → Ads, to delete or reset your advertising ID.
- iOS — Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Account-based games — use the in-game account, privacy or support controls where available to sign out, delete the account or request deletion.
- Purchases and subscriptions — manage, cancel or request refunds through the store, game portal or payment provider that processed the purchase, unless the relevant game offers a separate in-game support flow.
- Newsletter — every email has an unsubscribe link.
Contact hello@tideloo.com to exercise privacy rights, withdraw consent where applicable, object to certain processing, or request deletion of personal data.
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to confirm what data exists about you, correct it, delete it, restrict it, object to certain uses, or stop using it for advertising. We will respond within 30 days where possible and as required by applicable law.
For account-based games, deleting an account removes personal data from Tideloo-controlled records unless retention is required for security, legal, tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention or platform reasons. Deleting an account may not remove records independently held by Google, Apple, Playgama, another platform, an advertising provider or a payment provider.
For games without accounts, the fastest way to reduce device-level advertising data is usually to reset or delete your advertising ID and change your tracking or consent settings on your device.
If you are not satisfied with how a privacy request is handled, you can complain to your local data protection authority — in Türkiye that is the KVKK.
8. Children
The intended audience differs from game to game, and the age rating on each store listing is the authoritative one.
For games aimed at children or a mixed audience, personalised advertising is switched off and advertising identifiers are not used for targeting. For games rated 13+, we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, or under the minimum age set by your country where that is higher.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child’s data reached us, write to hello@tideloo.com and we will delete it.
9. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
